Robinson City Council to Look at Pepsi Project Proposal

(Robinson) — The Robinson City Council will take the next step to try and bring the Pepsi Mid-America distribution center to Robinson when they meet tonight. A number of organizations have been working on the project and the Robinson City Council will vote on the proposal during tonights regular monthly meeting. If approved the proposal will be sent to Pepsi Mid-America for their consideration. According to Chamber President Mike Pierce the two and half to three million dollar “Pepsi Project” could bring up to fifty new jobs to Crawford County and having a name like Pepsi in the industrial Park could bring other businesses to town. Work on the project could begin as early as April 2018.
