County Board Heard About Monday Accidents

(Robinson) — The Crawford County Board met Thursday evening and during the meeting Crawford County Sheriff Bill Rutan reported on this weeks string of accidents due to the weather. According to Rutan there were 13 accidents in just a 3 hour period Monday morning. Rutan reminds everyone to be careful and drive safely during bad weather, especially during this latest round of winter weather. In other business there will soon be a five dollar fee to pay your ticket online. Court appointed appearance tickets must be paid in person. Liberty Power which provides the electricity for the county buildings is lowering the rate per kilowatt hour this will be in effect for 2 years and will save the county over $10,000.
