(Robinson) — The LTC Statesmen got rolled in a rescheduled doubleheader against Wabsh Valley. Wabash Valley rolled the Statesmen 10-3 in game one and 11-0 in game two. In game one, Kaleb Huxford took the loss for the Statesmen. He surrendered four runs on six hits over three innings, striking out four. Nate Beavers led things off on the hill in game two for Statesmen. He allowed seven hits and six runs over three innings, striking out two. Jack Hendrix and Thomas Cessna entered the game as relief, throwing an inning a piece. With the weekend sweep LTC falls to 8-9 on the season. They will be back in action Wednesday at Vincennes.
