(Undated) – It appears the athletic co-op between Palestine and Hutsonville will likely continue. Both the Palestine Unit 3 Board and the Hutsonville Unit 1 Board talked about the issue during their respective meetings last night. The Palestine Board heard opinions from community members both for and against the continued co-op. According to Superintendent Chris Long the board is taking a wait and see attitude. In addition they have reached out to the Oblong and Robinson districts to see what if any interest they may have. The Hutsonville board approved the co-op agreement with Palestine.
