(Undated) — The American Red Cross is encouraging donors to step forward amid the ongoing summer slump. According to the Red Cross, while about 38 percent of the population is eligible to give blood, less than 10 percent of those eligible actually do. The Red Cross will be set up at CMH today from 1-5. The donation process takes about any hour however the Red Crosses “Rapid Pass” can speed up the process by allowing you to complete the needed paperwork online ahead of time.
