(Robinson) – The Robinson Park will be abuzz with activity tomorrow. The 2018 edition of the Relay for Life begins at 10am with the opening prayer, flag ceremony, National Anthem, Survivor and Caregivers Lap. Special Guest Speaker Becky Kinman will also say a few words to kick-off the event. There are several events planned throughout the day including a concert from Trouble and Company, Cornhole Tournament and auction. The Luminaria Ceremony is scheduled to begin at 8:30 and closing ceremonies will begin at 9:30pm. Relay For Life is the American Cancer Society’s noncompetitive walk to save lives. Since it started, Relay has raised more than $60 million in funding for the fight against cancer. This marks the 19th year of the annual event.
