(Robinson) – Jonathon Goff was sworn in during last nights County Board meeting. Goff fills the vacancy left by the recent passing of Kevin Utterback and will serve in that position through November. According to Board Chairman Gerald Bilyew in November Goff will likely run for a four year term, replacing Bilyew. At that time the Republicans and Democrats will submit a candidate to fill the remaining two years that would have been filled by Utterback.
