(Robinson) — With last weeks news that Pepsi Mid-America would be bringing a distribution center to Robinson many are wondering what’s the next step.
That is Robinson Mayor Roger Pethtel, he says the city has also already begun gathering names of contractors and tradesmen needed in the construction process. Mike Pierce, speaking on behalf of the Robinson Chamber says this project could help to bring other companies to Robinson.
Alex Pleasant with the CCDA says thanks to everyone working together the city was able to put together a solid package for Pepsi.
The City is looking at April of 2018 for the official ground breaking of the project, which will be located behind Hershey in the Industrial Park.
