Panthers Fall On the Hardwood

(Oblong) — The Oblong Panthers fell in hoops action last night to La Salette Academy 63-33. According to Panthers Head Coach Ryan Cheek the Lions came out with a lot of energy on their home court and pulled away in the first half. The Panthers were led in scoring by Connor Potts with fifteen points. Kasey Cheek and Nate Meese each added eight points in the loss. The Panthers will be back in action Friday in the annual Shrine Game against Hutsonville/Palestine.
