Sullivan Man Arrested Following Attempted Burglaries

(Sullivan, IN) — A Sullivan, Indiana man is behind bars following a pair of burglary attempts yesterday afternoon in Sullivan. According to Sullivan County Sheriff Clark Cottom after two separate reports from homeowner in Sullivan and a brief search by officers, twenty four year old Kyle Wilson was arrested by Sullivan Police Department Officer Darrell Faulkner and Sgt. Dave Story. Wilson was observed carrying a hammer and his description matched that of the burglary suspect. He was booked into the Sullivan County Jail and charged with two counts of Burglary while Armed with a Deadly Weapon, Two counts of Burglary of a Dwelling, Two counts of Residential Entry and One count of Criminal Mischief. Wilson’s bond was set at one hundred thousand dollars with ten percent applying.
