Special Patrol in Sullivan Nets Meth Bust

(Sullivan, In) — An “Enhanced Patrol” in Sullivan, Indiana over the weekend netted one meth arrest. According to Sullivan County Sheriff Clark Cottom the arrest was made Friday night as part of a trio of special targeted enhanced patrols in “areas of concern.” During the patrols forty one year old Rocky Caddell was arrested and booked into the Sullivan County Jail on charges of Possession of Methamphetamine, Possession of Methamphetamine with the Intent to Deliver, both Class Three Felonies. He was also charged with probation violation and Possession of Paraphernalia. Bond was set at sixty four thousand dollars. Sheriff Cottom said the enhaced patrols, by off duty officers, is an example of the continued commitment that Sullivan County officers have to cleaning up the community.
