(Undated) — The countdown to the 2018 Primary Election is underway. WTYE and the Crawford County Business Women have joined together to host a Candidates Forum later this month. You are invited to submit question or comments for the February 22nd forum via our website. The forum will be held in the cafeteria at LTC and is set to begin at 6pm. Each candidate will be given the chance to make a brief opening and closing statement as well as answer questions from the public. There will be a casual meet and greet after the forum is over. Another topic of interest this election is the question of consolidation of the Hutsonville and Palestine School Districts. WTYE has scheduled a Civic Interest with members of the Committee of Ten for February 28th. If you have concerns or questions for the committee members you too are invited to submit those via WTYEfm.com.
