(Robinson) — The LTC Statesmen got shut out in Thursday double header action with John A. Logan. In game one John A Logan shut out LTC 3-0 in a pitchers dual. Nate Beavers started the game for Statesmen and recorded 21 outs. He lasted seven innings, allowing three hits and one run while striking out six and walking one. In game two Thomas Cessna was on the mound for LTC. He surrendered four runs on four hits over two and a third innings, striking out two. LTC will have a chance at revenge today at 1pm as they host John A Logan.
