April Fools Brings Snow

(Undated) — As we closed out the month of March and moved into April, Mother Nature pulled an April Fools Joke on all of us by dropping a layer of snow across the WTYE listening area. Here at the WTYE studio we recorded a full inch of the white stuff. According to the National Weather Service, the snow won’t be around long. High temperatures are going to reach the upper sixties by tomorrow. The chance of rain and the “Flood Warning” also continues for the area. The Wabash River in Hutsonville is expected to crest today and begin to fall through the week, finally dropping below flood stage by Monday the 9th.
