(Undated) – Despite the recent snow and cold weather Spring has sprung and “Spring Clean Up” in the county begins today. Hutsonville will be the first town to clean up with their cleanup date set today. Clean up in Palestine will be Wednesday-Friday. Oblong will have “Spring Clean Up” on Thursday. Robinson customers can continue to get rid of yard waste through Friday and other trash next Monday-Friday. Clean up days are for paid up customers and residents are reminded that there are some things that will not be picked up including tires, liquid paint, flammable or hazardous materials propane tanks and batteries. In Robinson D & M Salvage will pick up appliances. In Palestine Dennis Salvage will pick up appliances and other scrap metal.
