(Undated) – Both the Oblong and Palestine School Boards meet tonight and both look to be taking care of some routine items. The Oblong Unit 4 Board will appoint Jane Attaway as Treasurer and approve the purchase of a Treasure’s Bond. They will also discuss and set Board Meeting dates for the 2018-2019 School year. Both Oblong and Palestine will look at milk and bread bids for the coming school year. The Palestine Unit 3 Board will look at the Fee Schedule for the 2018-2019 School year. The Unit 3 Board will also authorize the Superintendent to begin the annual budget process. The Palestine Board will meet this evening at 6pm at the Grade School and the Oblong Unit 4 Board will meet this evening at 7 in the Oblong Room of the Grade School.
