(Robinson) – The planned work to remove the underground fuel tank at the Commercium will not happen next week. According to Crawford County Board Chairman Gareld Bilyew, the contractor had to postpone the expected Monday removal of the tank. Therefore the parking lot on the south side of the Commercium will not be barricaded, at this time. The board has been working on the sale of the Commercium for some time and at the beginning of the year ran into a road block in the form of an underground storage tank containing nearly three thousand gallons of fuel oil. In March it was announced that Bolin Enterprises would be handling the removal of the tank.
