(Robinson) – A game of “cops and robbers” led to the lock-down of Robinson Schools on Friday. According to the Robinson Police Department, Friday morning they were dispatched to a house next to Washington Grade School in response to reports of a “teenager firing a shotgun at people”. The Robinson Schools were notified and put on lock-down. The subjects involved were taken into custody while officers evaluated the situation. Following a brief investigation it was determined that the kids were playing “cops and robbers” with an air rifle. The Crawford County Sheriffs Department and the Oblong Police Department provided mutual aid during the lock-down.
