Robinson City Council Makes T.I.F Payment to Pepsi

(Robinson) – The Robinson City Council met for the second time in the new year last night. City Attorney, Frank Weber, reported to the council that they are working on updating the city’s code book. It will contain a handful of new resolutions and amended ordinances. The city also approved the T.I.F payment to Pepsi of Mid-America. As agreed upon the city paid $100,000 towards the Pepsi Project. In other business the parks department is now accepting applications for summer help at the pool and the park. Finally, the Robinson Police Department accepted a pair of $250 donations. The money will be added the department’s administrative fund.
