(Undated) — Gas prices are up and industry analyst Trilby Lundberg expects them to keep rising. The national average for regular is up to $2.34 a gallon as more retailers pass along increases in wholesale costs. According to Lundberg, who publishes the “Lundberg Survey,” says despite the rise, the average price for a gallon of gas in the U.S. is still 32 cents lower than it was a year ago. GasBuddy.com lists the current average here in Crawford County as $2.28 a gallon. Knox County is at $2.19 a gallon. The statewide average in Indiana is $2.21 and it’s $2.31 in Illinois.
