(Robinson) – The LTC Statesmen rolled to a dominate 6-2 win over Vincennes in college baseball action yesterday. The Statesmen collected 12 hits en route to the win, lead by Jack Gallagher who went 3-for-5 at the plate. Carter Poiry was the winning pitcher for LTC allowing four hits and zero runs over four innings, striking out two. With the win the Statesmen improve to 7-11 on the season. They were set to be back in action today, but with the wet weather in our forecast today’s game has been pushed back to tomorrow when LTC will host Vincennes for game two of the home and home series.
