(Robinson) – It was a busy Thursday evening for The Robinson Township Board of Trustees. The public hearing for the 2019-2020 budget was held at 5:30pm. A budget which saw an increase of around one hundred thirty seven thousand dollars, over last year was approved. The Road District Funds Budget for Fiscal Year 2019-2020 which saw an increase of two hundred and sixty five thousand dollars was also approved. In other business, work is continuing within the township on some rusting culverts which are causing sinkholes. The Township also granted and easement to Ameren for new power lines to be installed next year.
