(Undated) – County rivals squared off yesterday and the RHS Maroons dominated the Oblong Panthers 15-0 in early season baseball action. The Maroons put up 5 runs in the 1st, 8 in the 2nd and 2 in the 3rd in the mercy run shortened game. Cade Slaughter earned the win for Robinson. He allowed zero hits and zero runs over two and a third innings, striking out seven. Ayden Musgrave took the loss for Oblong going one inning, allowing seven runs on four hits. RHS improves to 6-1 on the season and is slated to be back in action for a Saturday double-header in Paris. The Panthers fell to 1-3 on the season and will host East/West Richland Monday.
