(Robinson) – The RHS Maroons cruised to another dominate win yesterday rolling to an 8-1 win over Casey-Westfield. The Maroons jumped out to an early lead and keep Casey scoreless until the seventh. Brayden Childress gets credit for the win pitching three and third innings allowing zero runs on two hits and striking out seven en route to the win. The Maroons improve to 13-1 overall and 3-0 in the LIC. The Maroons have two games tomorrow. In the early contest they will host Newton followed by Salem in the afternoon game.
