(Palestine) – The Palestine Unit 3 School Board meeting is set for this afternoon. The Unit 3 Board will look at and approve the results of the April 2nd Election when they meet tonight. They will also look at the “re-organization” of the board following the election. They will elect a new Board President, Vice President, and Secretary. The Board will also set meeting dates and times as well as a number of policies. The Unit 3 Board will also appoint legal counsel, an architectural firm, and a treasurer for the district. The board will also authorize the Superintendent to seek bids for the Grade School Gym roof replacement. The Palestine Unit 3 Board meets this afternoon at 5:30 pm at the Grade School.
