(Undated) – The storm front that moved through the area overnight and early morning brought with it rain but does not appear to have caused any damage. While the weather forecast looks uneventful for today, according to the latest “Hazardous Weather Outlook” from the National Weather Service, there will be additional periodic chances for thunderstorms Thursday through Tuesday. Some of these storms could produce locally heavy rain. Here at the WTYE studio, we recorded around an inch and half of rainfall from the front. The current forecast is looking a bit “hit or miss” through the early part of next week, with periods of sunshine and showers to continue.
