(Robinson) – If you have ever wanted to learn more about law enforcement the Robinson Police Department Citizen’s Police Academy might be for you. The Robinson Police Department is currently accepting applications for the 2019 Fall Citizens Police Academy. The RPD has partnered with Lincoln Trail College to be able to provide participants with 1 Social Service Credit. Topics covered will include accident reconstruction, the criminal justice system, investigations, crime scene processing, and evidence procedures, traffic stops, drug, and alcohol impairment. Classes are set to begin September 12th and will be held every Thursday from 6 PM to 9 PM at LTC. The class size is limited.
