(Robinson) – Students in the area that are interested in babysitting are reminded of an upcoming class at LTC. Area students ages 11-15 that are interested in babysitting are invited to the September 28th “Babysitter Training.” The training will feature curriculum from the American Academy of Pediatrics’ “BLAST!” program. The exciting and interactive program provides extensive training in pediatric first aid, household safety and the fundamentals of childcare. To register, call 544-8657. Students will receive a certificate of completion after taking the class. The class is a part of Lincoln Trail College’s Community Education program, which features a wide variety of classes for people of all ages.
