School Boards Met Last Night

(Undated) – All four of the county school boards met last night. Robinson Unit 2 heard their audit report and got an update on a pair of paving projects. The Oblong Unit 4 Board approved the request for a service dog at both the grade and high schools. They also hired Mike Ray as the new High School Baseball coach. The Hutsonville Unit 1 Board heard their audit report and approved BOE policies. They also did a review of the Illinois State Library Standards for Media Centers and found Unit 1 to be in compliance with those standards. The Palestine Unit 3 Board read and approved a couple of polices and took care of some personnel issues.
