(Undated) – The Crawford County Board hit the ground running in the new year with a busy meeting last night. County Engineer, Justin Childress, presented the board with information related to a trio of projects, including two bridges and one road. County Clerk, Fayrene Wright, reminded the board that early voting for the March primary will begin February 6th. In other business, the board approved a resolution in support of the oil and gas industry. Crawford County is currently the third-highest producer of oil in Illinois. They also approved the remaining 60 day period payment to United Life Care for the period of January 29th-March 29th.
