(Robinson) – During last night’s County Board meeting the board heard from representatives of Tempco Products. As many know, Tempco was set to close its doors last year following 60 plus years as part of the Crawford County community. However, three local businessmen purchased the factory. According to one of the owners, Rusty Reinoehl, the building is antiquated and the technology has not been upgraded for some time. As a result, the owners are applying for a block grant. While it is a lengthy process, Reinoehl is enthusiastic about the future.
Tempco currently employs around forty people.
