(Robinson) – The RHS Wrestling team finished one and one in the Vandalia Duels Saturday. RHS picked up a win over Murphysboro 59-22 and lost to Vandalia 15-60 Saturday. Scoring pin-fall wins against Murphysboro were Ethan Zakowski, Jeff Hermann, and David Staller. Elliott Stifle won by technical fall. Winning by forfeit were Jordan Caballero, Reese Johnson, Nick Eby, Austin Hargrave, Dalton Woods, and Myles Land. The Maroons got wins against Vandalia from Roger Cornwell, who scored the only pin-fall. Jeff Hermann and Nick Eby won by decision. The RHS Varsity Wrestlers will be back in the mat Wednesday for a road match against North Knox.
