Sullivan Police Seize a Half-Pound of Meth

(Sullivan, IN) – A report of an unwanted guest led authorities in Sullivan to seize nearly a half-pound of meth. According to Sullivan County Sheriff, Clark Cottom, deputies were dispatched to a residence on reports of an unwanted guest. The guest identified as 24-year-old Logan Berg of Sullivan was served a no-trespass order. Following a foot pursuit of Berg, authorities had probable cause to search his residence. Police found 315 grams of methamphetamine, 56 grams of marijuana, 58 grams of synthetic cannabis, numerous prescription pills, more than nineteen thousand dollars in cash, and four handguns. Berg is facing several charges. His bail is set at $190,000 with 10% allowed. His girlfriend 24-year-old Deana Goble is facing charges of dealing and possession of methamphetamine and controlled substances. She faced further charges of dealing marijuana, possessing synthetic cannabis, and possession of paraphernalia. Her bail is set at $90,000 cash only.
