(Robinson) – Concern over COVID-19 has caused the IHSA to enact restrictions for a number of planned weekend events. According to information provided to WTYE by RHS Athletic Director, Kelly Brookman, the IHSA will be limiting Scholastic Bowl Sectional attendance to only the coaches, school administration, competitors, and essential meet personnel. Anyone who does not fall into this category is not permitted to attend the event. Elsewhere, Charleston High School has opted to cancel the boys’ and girls’ indoor track meet slated for this weekend and next. Entry fees will be returned.
