(Undated) – Crawford County EMA took to social media yesterday in an effort to squash the rumors of a confirmed COVID-19 case in the county. Rumors of a confirmed case of COVID-19 included an individual from Richland County that works in the area. According to the Crawford County Emergency Management Agency, they have been in contact with both the Crawford County Health Department and the Richland County Emergency Management Agency and there are no confirmed cases in either county. The Health Department, Crawford Memorial Hospital, and Crawford County EMA remind the public that they are closely monitoring the situation and will release pertinent information when and if it becomes necessary.
