(Undated) — Illinois State Representative, Darren Bailey, found himself on the outside looking in during yesterday’s Illinois House session.
That was Democratic Representative, Chris Welch. The House had just passed the rule requiring all in attendance to wear a face-covering, when Bailey defied it. The vote to remove Bailey from the session was 81 to 27 in favor. Along with the face coverings, the chamber where the members met was set up for proper social distancing. Bailey is the State Representative for the 109th District.
