Palestine Police Looking for “Hit and Run” Suspect

(Palestine) – Authorities in Palestine are asking for the public’s help in tracking down a “hit and run” suspect. According to Palestine Police Chief, Jeff Besing, his office is investigating the accident which occurred in the 100 block of E. Vincennes Avenue. Reports indicate that a red van struck a 2014 Chevy Impala owned by John Boyd. Damage was sustained to the passenger side front door and glass, knocking the mirror off. The suspect vehicle should have damage to the front drivers side corner with black transfer paint on the damaged area.
