(Undated) – We could be in for more wet and stormy weather this week. According to the latest “Hazardous Weather Outlook” from the National Weather Service, thunderstorms are expected today and tonight, with scattered storms Wednesday through Friday. A few of the storms tonight may be strong to severe, with damaging winds the main concern. Locally heavy rain is also a concern, for the next couple of days. Here at the Classic Hits, WTYE, studio, we have recorded nearly five inches of rain this month compared to five inches for all of July 2019. You have to go back to 2016 to find a wetter July where we recorded nearly six inches total for the month.
