(Lawrenceville) — A Lawrenceville restaurant is closed this week due to Covid-19. Alfonso’s Pizza and Pasta is closed this week because an employee tested positive for the virus. According to the restaurant, the employee who tested positive was following the guidelines of hand washing and and wearing a mask. The restaurant says that the Lawrence County Health Department is not forcing them to close and that they are doing this as a precaution to other employees and their customers. During the closure a professional cleaning company will come in and sanitize the establishment.
