(Undated) – Recent rainfall has been beneficial for farmers in parts of Illinois. According to DTN Chief Agriculture Meteorologist, Bryce Anderson, Illinois was the big winner when it comes to rainfall and crop impact.
Anderson says the remainder of the Midwest is a bit “iffy.”
The latest Illinois crop report has 92-percent of the state’s corn crop in fair to excellent condition. 93-percent of the Illinois soybean crop is rated as fair to excellent.
