(Undated) – The number of confirmed COVID-19 cases in Crawford County is now at twenty-nine. According to the Crawford County Health Department, the latest person to test positive is a male in his 40s. They say that he is recovering in home isolation and they are following up with close contacts of the individual. Health experts continue to strongly urge residents to take steps to minimize the risk of contracting COVID-19. Wear a face covering, follow social distancing guidelines of 6 feet, wash your hands frequently, and disinfect frequently touched surfaces. The public is also encouraged to maintain a personal daily contact diary. Doing so will assist in your recall of close contacts should you be found to be positive in the future and help reduce the spread of COVID-19. To date, twenty-eight of the twenty-nine confirmed cases have made full recoveries.
