(Hutsonville) – The Hutsonville Village Board will look at plans for Trick or Treat when they meet this afternoon. In other business, they will review a pair of grant applications, get an update on the artist hired to complete the new mural on the south side of Village Hall, and they will review an IDNR letter regarding a public parking lot on North Main Street. The Hutsonville Village Board meets this afternoon at 5 pm.
