(Undated) – We all know to call 911 in an emergency, but who do you call if you need non-emergency help. United Way of Crawford County Community Resource Representative, Barb Shimer, says to call 211.
Calls to 211 are free, anonymous, and confidential. According to Shimer 211 will not only have local contact information but also national help lines.
Shimer says this is a project that is almost a year in the making and is expected to “go live” October 1st.
