(Sullivan, IN) — The Sullivan County Sheriff’s Office is seeking the public’s help in locating a suspect in a burglary that happened over the weekend. Sullivan County Sheriff, Clark Cottom, says the burglary happened between 4 pm Saturday and 2 pm Sunday in the 5000 block of West County Road 300 North. According to reports, the suspect fled the scene in a gray Ford Ranger pickup. Investigators have not ruled out that the suspect is 21-year-old Dalton Hood, who police have been searching for over the past week. Hood, a resident of Crawford County is wanted on multiple warrants both here and in Sullivan County. The warrants are for weapon offenses, drug charges, and theft.
