(Undated) – Frustration over the postponement of “Fall Sports” such as football continues to have many asking, why can’t the kids just play? IHSA Director, Craig Anderson, says it is a question he has heard a lot lately and reminds everyone that they must follow the lead of the state.
Rallies were held last weekend in Springfield and Chicago to lobby the Governor to allow contact sports like football to be played in the fall. As it stands now the IHSA football season will be played in the spring.
