(Undated) – County rivals faced off with eight other teams in the Mt. Carmel Ten Team Regional Golf Tournament yesterday. Both Robinson and Oblong participated and OHS won the tournament with a team score of 329. Robinson finished in fifth place with a team score of 356. Oblong’s Jake Smothers finished in third place individually with a score of 78 while Robinson’s Cole Johnson finished one shot back with a score of 79. Oblong will advance as a team for Sectional play at West Frankfort next Tuesday and Cole Johnson will advance as an individual.
