(Robinson) – The Robinson Tennis Team picked up an 8-1 win over the Newton Eagles last night. Head Coach, Steve Jenkins, says they swept all 6 of the singles matches with Sarah Staller, Lucy List, Lisa Henry, Emma Bogard, Kayla Guyer, and Zharnia Stephens all picking up wins. The teams of Staller/List and Bogard/Guyer teamed up to pick up two more wins in doubles. Robinson also won the JV match 7-6. The JV team is traveling to Mt. Carmel for a match today and Effingham High School will be coming to Robinson on Thursday for a Varsity/JV match.
