(Undated) – October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month and the American Red Cross is urging eligible donors to band together to provide hope and healing to patients fighting cancer by giving blood or platelets. In appreciation, those who come to give October 15th – November 11th will receive a $5 Amazon.com Gift Card via email. In addition, those who give this month will be in the running to win one of five one-thousand dollar Amazon Gift Cards. Donors of all blood types are urged to help ensure a stable supply for cancer patients and others this fall.
