Meyers Leonard May Stay in Miami

(Undated) — With the NBA free agency set to officially start today, local eyes will be on Meyers Leonard. According to Berry Jackson of the Miami Herald, early indications are that the Miami Heat is interested in keeping Leonard around for at least another year. A source with Heat says that Leonard has value as a 7 foot 1 center who is also a very good three-point shooter. Team President, Pat Riley, has indicated that there won’t be any significant changes to the Heat’s roster prior to opening day of the 2020-21 season.
