(Undated) – The weather outside is cloudy and cold but before we know it summer will be here. According to Park and Recreation Superintendent, Mike Shimer, the applications for those interested in summer jobs are available on the city’s website.

Shimer says that if your son or daughter is interested in being a lifeguard, they must be fifteen years of age or out of their Freshman year of High School and pass a lifeguard training course. He says once completed, those summer job applications can be left in the wastewater drop-box at City Hall. Follow the link with this story at WTYEfm.com for more.
